Dr. Tracey Hunter-Doniger is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Teacher Education at the College of Charleston. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a concentration in Visual Arts Education and a minor in Educational Psychology. Before pursuing her graduate studies, she spent 15 years teaching visual arts to students in grades 1–8 in Indiana. Her research focuses on creativity in education, STEAM education, the Reggio Emilia approach, forest kindergartens, and arts-integrated teaching.
